In a joint venture with Jason Fox – or Foxy, as you may know him – we’ve created the next generation of fitness app. Battle Ready 360 gives people the tools to be the best version of themselves.

Unique to the app is a revolutionary mindset analysis tool called Prism. After completing a questionnaire upon subscribing to the app, the analysis can help you understand your behaviour and character traits to allow you to train, eat and think better.

We hold the view that mind, body and fuel underpin everything we do. One cannot develop without the others. They all work hand in hand to enable users to live a happier and healthier life.

The app allows you to track your progress and hit your goals with workout routines that are tailored to different fitness levels and delivered by myself, Foxy and Sam Laird, an ex-Commando and PT.

Workout anywhere, any time

All you need for workouts is a one-meter square space, your bodyweight, basic equipment or, the Battle Ready 360 BATTLE BOX – the ultimate pop-up gym containing everything you need to work out anywhere and at any time.

In-app recipes, which have been developed by a qualified sports nutritionist, are tailored to a meat, vegetarian and vegan diets, providing you with all the nutrients you need to fuel your workouts and live healthier.
